To win a copy of SWAT3 Elite Edition the SWAT3 Retreat needs a few banners for advertising purpose's of advertising our site. You will need to design 2 banners: 1 large banner 468x50 (Jpg or Gif) no bigger than 30k
1 small banner 90x30 (Jpg or Gif) no bigger than 10k You will win a copy of SWAT3 Elite Edition and have the honour of your banner representing the SWAT3 Retreat around the web. So get paintshop pro fired up and send the entries to me. (Use the animated button at the top of the page!) There is a time limit of a week as this competition has ran on for a month and i have had very little response...

Takedown Studios have announced the 10 Player Multiplayer Patch
"10-players addition as well as other new features will be coming soon. It will be called patch version 2.0. It's currently in QA and will be available after Christmas.
In the meantime, a new patch will be coming in about a week called version 1.7. This version fixes the multiplayer enter and exits (keeping player in the same room after a game). Also allows all versions of the game (localized and North America) to play with each other. Final news is the demo for the game should be out in a week as well" Woooo Hoooo

Ok, the new newscript has been incorporated for the Swat 3 Retreat. The news script features a comments option that will let you post comments directly about a news post. The news posts integrate with the 3d Retreat forums as well.
